This place was amazing, an incredible gem in the middle of the Lakes district of Italy. Lake Iseo is lovely and the Vela di Soleville bed & breakfast is FANTASTIC! A beautiful property with gorgeous views and lovely accommodations!

A great place, close to the water and the ferry station, amidst the village. Well cooled room with all amenities you expect, and good beds. Good sleep until 8am, when the church bells rings - but that's a nice wake-up call for the breakfast, which is more than Italian standard and absolutely sufficient. The staff is very friendly and nice, and the restaurant downstairs offers the best cuisine around - it's full of Italians every night, but fortunately, I didn't hear any of them in the room.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff, the room, the food at the hotel restaurant, the breakfast, the outdoor area and pool: from day one till departure we were treated like VIPs and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. We received great advices to visit/eat around. Every single employee always with a smile on their face.

Beautiful small hilltop town above the lake. Services about 5 to 10 miles away but the view is worth it; don't go there if want to be in the middle of the action. Onsite restaurant with high quality food, plus excellent free breakfast with room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Looking at the lake and surrounding mountains is almost a spiritual experience.

Fonteno is very silent, beautiful, authentic and picturesque place. And i swear-i could not imagine better evening-than tasting glass of wine on this terrace and enjoying iseo lake view!
The view was breath taking. The hotel was very professionally run and the restaurant was in a class of its own. Loved the dinner and use of the facilities. The staff was lovely, especially the Nona who helped me orchestrate a great birthday for my spouse. Would definitely come again.
