I appreciated being on the ground floor. The room was warm. The bed was comfortable. The linens were quality. I enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant on the location. Parking was easy and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the pitmaster and wait staff in the restaurant.

Foligno is a pleasant little town - not a lot to see but...
Foligno is a pleasant little town - not a lot to see but lots of eating and drinking options, a few shops, an attractive central piazza (although the cathedral has been closed for years), a nice park with loads of seats, a cafe and an excellent playground for children. There's even a river if you look hard enough. However we stayed there primarily for the rail access to nearby places like Assisi and Perugia.

This was our second trip to Foligno, very lively place, excellent quality food and some similarly good towns like Montefalco and Bevagne nearby or even Narni not too far away. Nice place to spend quality time.

Fogliono to me is a very practical town with good access...
Fogliono to me is a very practical town with good access either by road or rail. For the final part of our hike along the via del Francesco, it was ideal. we also discovered there are many really good restaurants, shops, places to visit. The staff in the tourist office are extremely helpful.
This is a modest but very welcoming small family-run hotel, with very friendly and accommodating staff in a perfect spot for travelling around Umbria by train. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and had very efficient aircon, which seems to be strangely lacking in a lot of the accommodation options in Foligno. There was a nice Italian breakfast served in the breakfast bar that was included in the room price.
The Staff were very cordial and very pleasing. A real pleasure to see their smiling faces after a long day. The prima colazione was on top of the game. I stay at many hotels and believe me it was at the top of the list. Really well done. Thank you again very pleasurable to say the least.

The breakfast is very good as it includes a variety.of things and not just .a broche and coffee.
The wifi worked well in my room. The room was spacious.
We loved the view from balcony, the garden at back of hotel, and friendly helpful staff, who went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was good and bed was large and comfy.
Fabulous value for money. An unpretentious but totally comfortable hotel with a great restaurant, lovely little spa and a sensational breakfast with freshly made pastries
