The guesthouse is very nice surrounded with a small garden. It was so kind they picked me up better to book this location with own car.
The village itself is quiet, safe area location at the beach. Could be nice in season when beach clubs are open .

I recieved great support from the owner who waited for me for 5 hours during the night. My flight was diverted to Naples due to the storm in Rome. It was not clear if my plane could finally land in Rome. Despite all these problems and uncertainty, the owner was waiting for me until 3 AM in the morning. I am very grateful for this!

It was very clean and tidy. Also, the owner kept us informed before we arrived and was very helpful. He arranged a shuttle for us to pick us up and take back to the airport, and the driver was very helpful and pleasant.

I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before travelling, to the previous day, and I wanted to wait for my daughter who was arriving the following day) so an unplanned stay really, I wanted to be close to the airport, so when booking I didn't know anything about the area.

FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take...
FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take awhile to get to the guest house where I stayed in Focene, requiring a 30-minute regional train from Terminii (3 euros) and depending on your timing, a half-hour wait for a bus ride of about 40 minutes (1 euro). But then just a short walk to the guest house from the bus stop and there is a Conad's grocery store en route which is helpful. I did not see the beach area of Focene, which might be very nice; the area I stayed was a very modest neighborhood simply to spend the night/get to the airport quickly the next morning.

The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10 out of 10 - Marliena was very responsive over what’s app, and was able to help with transportation and answer any questions we had… Very promptly. For that reason alone, I would say that this is a great place to recover from a long flight, or to get ready for your next day of travel.

Close to the beach, apartment very clean and tidy with good facilities. There was a nice restaurant with great atmosphere called ca Cinqi about 300 yards from apartment. My advice would be to provide more bedding for sofa bed.
