Staff was nice and helpful. Arranged a driver to take friend to the station and a driver to take us to the bus stop to Rome. Good location if you have a wedding at Castello Teofilatto.

The staff was easy to communicate with and helpful with questions. The breakfast was a full spread and good times. We elected for a mini spa day and it was perfect! Parking is easy and close.

Very nice, polite and professional conduct of the lady at the reception, and very good and kind service of the young man at the bar.
On the way to the location during a week day, the train + bus connection from Rome worked perfectly, return on a Sunday a lot less so.
The spa is wonderful, and sauna almost as hot as it should. We loved the small outdoor pool with birds singing around it.
Supermarkets and cafe close by are very good with a nice service.
Ella was really great! She maintains this apartment fastidiously. Unlike many property owners, Ella personally showed us how everything worked, where it all was and was ALWAYS at the other end of a Whatsap, phone call or otherwise for random questions. Furthermore, this apartment is full of light, comfortably appointed, and located a two minute walk from the main street of Fiuggi. Thank you, Ella!
