It was a beautiful hotel with nice and friendly staff, great food and drinks, beautiful private beach and located close to Alghero town. Easy to get to via bus for the times we wanted to drink and couldn’t drive.

It looked better than the pictures. Calm and quiet environment.
Tennis court free to use. Pool was clean and enough beach chairs for everyone. The staff always nice and helpful.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast for Sardinian standard. The location was perfect to visit the old town of Alghero and the staff was very kind and accomodating. They have a private parking garage and otherwise there are enough spaces along the street (also in high season).

Not very much happening here but it was right for us as we wanted a quiet holiday. Restaurant Il Paguro was a surprise in terms of fish dishes, definitely would have chosen it to the punta negra hotel restaurant where the service was rushed for nothing, late and unpleasant and the spaghetti arrived in clumps (horror)..
There is a small supermarket and the bus station is very handy to reach alghero (the tabacchi does not sell tickets so you either go to a small room-transformed-in-shop place to buy the tickets or you download the dropticket up and do it from there (very handy)
A nice stay with friendly hosts. Villa Grachira is right on the sea (but do take plastic shoes for swimming because the shore is rocky and the descent into the water not very smooth) which is crystal clear, turquoise and perfect for snorkeling. Lovely wiews from the terrace. The Villa is situated in a more "residential" part of Fertilia. We had a very spacious room, a suite in fact, with a large comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a nice bathroom - all as described. Breakfast was ok.
Away from crowds, very quiet environment, superbly clean, safe parking within the property, 5 minutes drive from the airport, 2 minutes drive to Fertilia that is a little picturesque village has everything you need included beaches, 5 minutes away from the town of Alghero , excellent staff, honestly I couldn’t ask for more
The saltwater swimming pools were very nice and the area well looked after. Staff were excellent. Very good breakfast.
It's a very nice hotel. The balcony protects the room from strong sunshine which keeps the room cool.
