The instructions the owners sent to us was the best I have ever been given! We knew exactly where to go, get in, and how to operate everything, based on their instructions given to us. The property was close to the airport and in a quiet neighborhood. The property was so very clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The bed was so comfortable and it was VERY nice to have the air conditioner, as it was a long hot day of traveling. My teenage son was traveling with me, and he stayed on the sofa bed. The owners had it all set up and ready to go to bed when we arrived. The sheets were soft and the towels were also soft and they gave us plenty of them. They provided us with a few bottles of water both fizzy and still. They had a wonderful coffee maker and some breakfast croissants. We will definitely be back!

There was no breakfast, the facilities where not enough to have a breakfast and there were many dirty equipments like toaster and pan. There were no trash bins at the room, neither at the bathroom or kitchen. There was nobody to give me any assistance. I was told my room was at the second floor and the key would be at the door but it wasn't true, I found a key a the door at the first floor and took me half an hour to find it.
I've spent 14,27 EUR with breakfast and want to get this amount reimbursed.

Best place to stay near the Airport. Quiet, safe area, with walking distance to the airport (10-15min). Very kind host and pretty clean apartment. Thanks. 👍👍
It is a very simple hotel - B&B really - but run by very friendly staff. Breakfast was very basic but the dinner the night before was fabulous. No menu as such but really delicious home cooking. The hotel was clad in scaffolding but I had been warned about this in advance. The decor is pretty old and the furniture is nothing special, but it was all perfectly adequate. If you're expecting 5 star luxury you'll be disappointed, but for the price I thought it was absolutely fine - and the staff were super-freiendly.
We stayed in this lovely little apartment on the coast at Ancona just for one night as we were travelling the next day further south in Italy to meet family. I cannot say a bad thing about this place, the owner Giuseppe was very kind, helpful and informative. We particularly enjoyed the powerful air conditioning we had in our bedroom. We stayed at the beginning of August and that's when it really matters! I would come again and I highly recommend this place.
This is a great place for everyone coming to spend some time close to the seaside in Italy or be in a close location from the Ancona airport. Freshly renovated, with all new appliances, well equipped kitchen and great, new bathroom. We loved the localization (15mins walking distance to the airport) and tranquil surrounding. The host was super communicative and always in touch with us. Kudos for the welcome sweets! :)
