Good town with a family friendly ski resort nearby. If you want more entertainment and ski slopes, you can drive 30 km from the town to the Marmalada mountain and get to the sella ronda tracks. The cost of living in this region is almost twice as cheap as in the towns around the sella ronda

I stayed in Falcade Alto, which is about 10 mins car drive from Falcade; it is very quiet, up in the hills, must be really good for a ski vacation, although it is a bit 'too quiet' in the summer.

Staff was really great, obliging and warm. Food was excellent, especially dinners where you can choose between 3 starters and 3 main courses. Skibus from hotel is for free with special card. And view from the room was amazing, exactly how promised on Booking.com.
Very good value for money, excellent location în Falcade (foot distance to the cross country ski slope and eis skating), very good kitchen - 👍 cooks, very nice, well prepared and efficient cleaning staff and waiters in the restaurant.
Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The room was a lot bigger than we were expecting and everything was extremely clean and comfortable. I wish we had stayed here for longer.
