Everything, location is perfect, the trattoria have a lot of food options all of them are tasty, the staff the so helpful.
Asked them for a bigger room because i had my father with me, and he used a ventilator. I got an upgrade for free to a junior suite, which was so nice from them.

Staff was cheerful, helpful, professional. Sylvie and Guendalina at the front desk were caring and considerate, helping us with transportation and cultural concerns. The dining room staff was wonderful, courteous, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety. The dining room included an outdoor area, and a beautiful view of the sophisticated indoor pool area with its changing light display. Across the street was an passage leading to the scenic lakefront promenade with Desenzano only a mile away. Rooftop lounges, putting green, exercise room all in top shape. Also walking distance to Rivoltella with its charming rustic restaurants and shops.

Desanzano is lovely +base for a couple of days to see the southern lake. The town is cute but the main attraction is the port which makes the island so accessible, the bars and restaurants are lovely for the evening after a day of adventuring. Family friendly for those with children.

A lot of restaurants and bars were closed or didn’t open until after 7 - food in general was very disappointing like they would serve up anything- ie brown edges on salad, tiny serves of pasta - just poor quality unless you went to a fine dining establishment

Such a romantic location, lots of nice restaurants and places to watch the marina. In the evenings it was lite up and very romantic.
We had apero in a very chilled cafe one evening, super friendly staff.
We then had a fabulous meal under the stars at the marina side.

Beautiful town on Lake Garda, we only stayed one night but the old port is lovely and there is a great choice of restaurants, the walk along the lake side is a must for the views. I would like to try the boat tour next time!

Lovely quiet area in late September.
Lovely quiet area in late September. Weather was on and off but always warm, rained the day i arrived and tried to one other evening, other than that it was a bit cloudy and around 23 degrees. The scenery is amazing. I went to Sirmione twice by ferry, 6 eur return. Queue for your ferry time there and back early to make sure you get on, however coming back is the busiest. I also did day trips to Venice and Verona whilst staying here. Lovely restaurants and bars, very laid back and quiet. Lots of other trips are possible around the lake, if the weather was clearer and i had more time i would have really liked to go to Malescine and Mount Baldo.

A bit too commercial and not gorgeous... preferred nearly everywhere else on the Lake we visited. Desenzano was fine but I wouldn't pick it again, use it to catch the ferry but I wouldn't recommend staying there really to be honest. Pescheira was waaaay nicer.

We liked everything. Small and nice family-driven hotel with smiling employees who made yo seen and welcome. The location in front of the harbor is perfect and the soundproof is good. You can sit outside in the cafeteria and watch people (and dogs😊🐕) passing with coffee or something to drink with a cake or a snack. You can sit in the shadow and just enjoy. We really hope to return to this nice hotel and Desenzano.

Hotel is 1 mins walking to old Town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Ask for recommendations at the reception. Some restaurants needs a booking in summer time.
Parking house is opposite street and you can buy ticket at hotel.
The hotel have a terasse on top with sunbeds and small Jacuzzi.
We had a great time at Admiral Villa Erme. The staff is very friendly and always helpful and charming. The hotel is situated close to the bus stop with convenient connection to train station, Desenzano and Sirmione. We used the free bicycles several times. We did in particular enjoy the pool and the hot tub and the relaxing environment. We will consider coming back.
We enjoyed the breakfast, pool, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The availability of bikes at reasonable rates was an unexpected bonus during our stay. Desenzano town centre had a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops, and had a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
