The hosts were amazing. We were scheduled to get there in the evening. Our flight was delayed for over an hour and our arrival time changed quite bit. They were still very welcoming and loving to our kids who were beyond done traveling for that day.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful.
We were driving to the location and it was raining and had gotten dark before we arrived. I had mistakenly entered a wrong address and my GPS keep directing us to an empty lot.
I called the hotel and the person on duty actually offered to drive to where we were and guide us to the hotel.
We did arrive at the correct location and had an enjoyable stay.

It is a comfortable, modern, and clean hotel better than staying in Venezia. The location is good bus stop are 12 or 10 minutes walking there are a plaza 4 minutes walking where you can eat also there is a McDonald's like 10 minutes a supermarket and airport is 15 or 16 minutes. It is very convenient.
