I highly recommend this place! It was truly incredible, cozy, and felt like home. Unfortunately, we got stranded in Crema due to a national train strike, but the hotel owner was incredibly helpful and arranged a taxi for us to the airport, ensuring we got home safely. Thank you so much for everything! Oh, and the breakfast? That alone was worth five stars. "...Later!"

The facilities are new and good. Nice view. There are many extra pillows and blankets. The room is clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind and patient. He arrived within a few minutes to give the keys. There is enough kitchen stuff to cook or warm up. Expresso machine is nice and capsules given is a good quality ones. And 5 rolls of tissues are given. Great.

I liked the hotel because it was so clean and had everything you need for stay.
It was a cold day so the floor heating was very nice and comfortable.
