The appartment offers plenty of space and is well equiped with all necessary facilities, has AC in all rooms and actually WIFI/Internet connection, and free parking spaces near by. We are very happy with our stay. Valeria is flexible with our later check in and very helpful.

Convenient for a stopover. The host is very kind. Parking place available. The host recommended the nearby Crazy Pizza for dinner, and we liked their pizzas very much. In the morning, the breakfast room was calm, and we enjoyed our breakfast.

Flavio the host and his assistant Luca were extremely helpful. Everything we asked for, Flavio answered positive, quick and with no hesitation.
Apartment is clean and have everything you need, except microwave (if you need it at all).
We stay there for kids football tournament and location was five minutes easy walk to the ground. Everything else was far. If you like to walk a lot, then it's ok, but if you don't...😤

The hotel was in great proximity to Milan, Lake Como and the airports, however it is in a remote location so you definitely need a vehicle to get around. The staff was very professional and accommodating. The food at breakfast and dinner was amazing...very tasty!

Nothing much to see here it is mainly a residential and commercial area. We stayed there as we hired a car and the hotel had free parking and it was a base to visit Milano. You definitely need a car to stay there, Milano centre is about a 30 minute drive and the nearest indoor shopping mall is a 15 minute drive away. Not many restaurants.
After Booking the room we were informed by the hotel that they were closed and we could be hosted at Litta palace hotel in Lainate with the same terms so the review is for the second one. The hotel exceeded our expectations for this type of hotels.
Brak fast was good,location excellent,we stayed with my wife.We feel like our home Mr.Ivan & his wife Mrs.Katya taken care very well to us.We really enjoyed our stay.We prefer to stay in this hotel near future.Recomended to other too.
Giusy is a lovely lady who makes you feel at home and always tries to help with useful advice. Considering hotel room prices in Milan, the room that I had in her house is a good deal. Shared shower/toilet was basic, but clean.
Room spotless. Great to have a fridge too. Parking just outside . Breakfast excellent and very good value. Staff very helpful and efficient. Had a bit of a problem finding the hotel but mainly due to an inefficient stanavi.
The receptionist cilia was exceptional. Organised a free shuttle at midnight from a nearby wedding to the hotel, and allowed us to stay an extra hour to recover from the celebrations. Would always come back.
