Short ski trip with family. Valtournenche Ski area 5 mins drive, accessible by gondola. Also bus stop just outside hotel too. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely and good amount of room for family of 4. Parking in free car park 2 mins walk away. We liked Bar Bethod just opposite hotel for drinks and they provide lovely snack board too ! We had some nice meals in the restaurant, typical of area.

Although it’s a 5min drive to the ski lift, a mini bus is offered to the slopes at 8.30am and 9am each morning. We took a hire car from the airport which proved useful to get us to the slopes.

Wow ! Just loved the location up in the mountains, the beautiful old buildings and interesting old artefacts everywhere, the ambience, and fantastic restaurant - delicious food and v good value for money. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is in a beautiful building in a characterful old village. Our room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. We had an excellent evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant.
The owner went out of her way to help us transfer our rucksack to the end of our walk at the other end of the Aosta Valley and made all the (complicated) arrangements for us. She could not have been more helpful and I am very grateful for all her kindness.

Very helpfull, spa was good for our tired legs, abundant breakfast.
Hotel has a terrace with a great view of the mountains, and many nice amenities, like the game room and the reading room. People working there were all very nice and helpful. SPA was definitely a plus, especially after a day of hiking the Alps. Room was a nice size and clean.

We particularly enjoyed the spa area which has a very relaxing atmosphere and the delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Beautiful village, great views from the window, good breakfast. Very quite, there are no cars in the village, you will hear only sounds of nature. Price is very budget comparing to other hotels. Strongly recommend!
