It was very clean, organized. Elena was very nice, communication was excellent. The apartment is very modern and well equipped. The location is great just a short drive to Udine or to the beach. Parking is very good and free.
Hotel Ai Dogi is in the central square of Palmanova just 164 feet from the Cathedral. Rooms offer plasma-screen satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, and some have views of the square.

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in this UNESCO Heritage town! Our ground floor room was really big, king bed, walk in closet, huge new bathroom with great modern shower and facilities. The welcoming staff spoke English fluently, told us about the town and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The hotel has easy free parking which is very unusual in an Italian old city center! The location on the central piazza next to the church is perfect! We heartily recommend this lovely little hotel!

Very comfortable apartment, we loved it. It is super clean, and we had all what we need, comfortable beds, air conditioning, balcony, wifi, etc... The airport and the train line are near, but they aren't disturbing at all, we have slept well. Towels and bedsheets are provided too. Elena is very helpful. Cervignano del Friuli is a lovely town, you can reach Udine, Aquileia, Grado, Trieste fast and easy even by bus or train. (train station and bus stop is in 15 min walk from the apartment)
The room was big and the bedsheets were very clean.
Just the balcony was a bit dirty because of pigeons but it was great to watch the sun rise from the balcony.
We liked the breakfast. The coffee machine is great.
Hotel workers are friendly.
I know this cosy little Hotel for years now and it is always such a pleasure to stay there. simple, nice and very clean rooms. And such good food! Really great! Keep up the good word :)
