What a gorgeous property!! Perfect walking location to everything. Hugs high ceilings and spacious rooms with a spectacular bathroom and one of the biggest bathtubs ever! Amazingly kind and helpful staff and we even met the owner who has beautifully designed and cared for the property. If we come back to this area, we would ONLY stay here and nowhere else!!

The B&B is located in tranquil surroundings on the outskirts of Catanzaro yet a few kilometres from the sea. The structure is modern, impeccably clean but above all so beautifully decorated. The rooms, which are named after different master painters, are decorated in the style and with themed murals of the painter to which the room is dedicated. We stayed in the room attributed to the Austrian painter Klimt which carries a huge mural of The Tree of Life painting. The level of detail and precision is truly awesome. We were allowed to check in early and were warmly welcomed by staff member Mary and later on in the day by owner’s parents Anna and her husband. All the team made sure that nothing was amiss. Indeed, on the first night when we could not find the restaurant recommended, they came to our aid and ordered on our behalf home delivery of delicious food. This was accompanied by a bottle of wine kindly given to us by the host’s parents. For the first couple of days the breakfast consisted of delicious homemade desserts made by Anna herself. Bread, cheese and ham were subsequently kindly added to meet my preferences. The room comes with its own kitchen and coffee machine (capsules are provided). Room has access to a common terrace with tables were one can sit and have breakfast. It also has access to a shared kitchen where filtered water (still and sparkling) is available for residents to consume. The B&B is 30 mins drive to Lamezia airport and within comfortable driving distance to Squillace, Le Castella, Santa Severina, Amantea (recommended by Concetta) and La Sila which we hope to do on our next stay 😊

I found that Massimo had my mind at ease as I arrived by train, not knowing how I was going to get there and he made it very easy for me to find .He's a great host with the most.
There's everything you need right next to the B@B and you can either get a bus from out the front or just take a half hr walk to the centre.
The Biodiversity park is two minutes walk away it's open early and closes at midnight..a whole day can be spent in that beautiful place.

Very clean hotel with very nice owners (brother and sister). They brought me fresh bread, eggs, ham, and cheese in the morning for breakfast. Furthermore, the owner called me to tell me the room was ready because he knew I was in the area early. And the upgrade to the room with the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!
Clean, easy to navigate, a full assortment of food in the kitchen for us along with full coffee machine. Clear signs for us to read .

Also we got stuck in catanzaro and did not know the area so the owner organised his dad to pick us up and drive us to the hotel.
