A gem. We are only sorry we stayed here one night. The room was comfy and had all the essentials; water/tea/coffee etc being available. Location is in the heart of the village. We had issues checking in as we arrived on a Monday, when the Hotel is closed. As we do not have a local phone but are dependant on a wifi connected phone number we did not receive the information about checking- in. However, it was not a real problem as the local wine merchant came to our aid, contacting the owner and ensuring that we could access the hotel/room. A fantastic help, very friendly and nothing was a problem. We are just sorry our stay was so short.

The hotel is beautiful. Modern but still warm and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was very nice. The bed was so comfortable we slept really well. Cleaning staff was super efficient and always had a little kind attention left for us in the room, making us feel special.
The spa is brilliant. Really well equipped. The treatments are not cheap but well worth the money. The pool is indoor but big enough. The loungers are great and it is lovely to be able to sunbathe while looking over all the vineyards.
The breakfast in the morning is excellent. Great quality products, super tasty and with a lot of choice. The restaurant is very nice and the terrace offers breathtaking views.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the woman at the desk who helped me book a fantastic little restaurant in Alba at the very last minute.
The 2 michelin star restaurant was incredible. From start to finish the attention to details was mindblowing and the culinary experience absolutely unique. Special mention to our waiter Alessandro who was not only genuinely warm and professional, but extremely knowledgeable and informative even while speaking in French just for us.

My wife, my friend, and I recently stayed at Piemont Hotel for three nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and impeccable upkeep of our room. The staff ensured that fresh linens were provided daily, making us feel right at home.
Speaking of the room, it was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Piemont. We appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and layout, which enhanced our overall comfort during our stay.
But what truly made our experience memorable were the staff members, Paolo and Dino. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. Whether it was recommending local attractions or helping us with transportation, their helpfulness exceeded our expectations. The location at this tiny village (upper part of Castiglione Falletto) is great: super view from our apartment onto the vineyards, the great restaurant next door, the cozy and well equipped enoteca comunale with kitchen close-by - and numerous wineries in the surrounding. Spacey apartment with good aircon and comfortable beds, up-to-date bathrooms - all spotlessly clean. We’ve been here 3 times already - and it won’t be the last time!
It’s the second year in a row that we stay here, and it was just as lovely as last time. It’s such a wonderful hotel with great service, amazing views and lovely amenities. The breakfast is fantastic! Will definitely come back again.
Fantastic area in the center of Barolo Vine making. This place has really beautiful scenery with wine yards in 360 degrees. The hotel is really good and rooms are clean and tidy.
