Quiet restful residential area with easy access to restaurants. The best, in our eyes, were "Ghosrbuster", " La Stazione", and " Il Cardellino". Access to the.beach can be steepish, but there is a good flat lengthy promenade providing good walks. This was our second visit to the area

I can't really review Villa San Domenico, because we didn't actually stay there - we were moved to Castiglioncello Suites instead. I was sceptical at first because of the change, but in the end it was amazing. The suite looked brand new, everything was super clean. We had a nicely equipped appartement with bedroom and separate kitchen. The location was wonderfull, really close to everything - train station, beach, supermarket, restaurants... but still it was calm and quiet, next to a park.
Warm and welcoming personale which had a fun finding out we walked from the train station when we could have sent a message and be picked up. In a cozy area not too far away from the city and beaches of Castiglioncello we had a great time, both spending time at the pool and trying out the delicious dinner. Highly recommended stay.
Room was clean and a good size. The location is great - 15 minutes from the train station and 20 from the beautiful Baia Del Quercetano. Staff was very helpful and friendly
