Castelsardo is the small village .but it is nice to walk and friendly staff at hotel and people. Good restaurants and food ,really fresh sea food and national kitchen are perfect .The problem is parking. It is so busy everywhere and to find a free place is a problem. If hotel has own parking and reservation best to do it.If you want to visit local beach it is not so perfect because it has not beds and umbrellas to rent, best to buy . You will be at the ground ..Local people don't make the problems from it(I mean beach near hotel Best Western Blumarea. The sea is nice and good to swim but bodem ...many tectonic plates and it is very glide ,,so you will be looking for the small pads between...To go to another beach is better but count that they are busy and no parking if you will coming later..The rest is good ,nice visit restaurants and visit small cities around.

The staff is very good.
The staff is very good. They arranged a table for the FERRAGOSTO Galla dinner for the day we arrived. Transportation to and from the villa no problem, dietary restrictions 4 hours before the Galla dinner no problem, that is the only answer the staff knows.

Castelsardo was a wonderful surprise. It's an amazing little town. It's quite difficult to move without a car, unless you're very fitted (not my case). The little town around the castle is gorgeous.

A lovely town with plenty going on while we were there (mid July). The castle is worth a visit and in the evening there was entertainment in the town square. Lots of lovely places to eat and reasonably priced. We only stayed three nights as we were travelling around the northern part of the island, but would definitely recommend Castelsardo as a nice place to stay.

Perfect accommodation to stay near Castelsardo if you travel by car. Super friendly owners who allowed us to do a late checkin due to a last-minute change of plans. The whole building and gardens are beautifully decorated. Room and bathroom comfortable and clean, plus recently renovated with great quality materials and details. Really good breakfast with handmade pastries by the owner.
-The location is great, walking distance from the village, the bars and the restaurants.
-The sea views from the room and the views of the beautiful village of Castelsardo.

-The hotel is in a quiet area, so there isn't any noise or traffic.
The apartment is in a beautiful location, with a stunning view of the sea and Castelsardo. It was very well equipped and has a parking space. Salvatore and Rita were incredible hosts, giving us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. They even booked a restaurant for us, due to our lack of Italian. Would definitely come back!
Reception by the charming Barbara was outstanding. The best location in the most charming town in Sardinia. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. I travel a lot and Barbara will definitely come back!!!!
