It is a beautiful property in the countryside with a lovely pool area and gorgeous old olive trees. The main building where breakfast was served is old and stately. The breakfast was very good.

The long driveway is lined with olive trees, roses and beautiful plantings. The grounds are manicured and framed in grapevine arbor and olives. the pool shines invitingly like a gem on the land and agriculture surrounds for miles in every direction. it is very beautiful here. the restaurant was also good.

The villa is set in a private pine forest park area. It has a private beach access through the woods, available by car or walking, down a track - about 2 km. From the beach you can access Castellaneta Marina and many other beaches. The garden of the villa is pleasant, as is the villa decor. The villa has good air-conditioning, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a small kitchen and a nice outside dining area as well as an interior dining/lounge area. There were very few flies or mosquitoes, which was a big plus.
Concept and set up with bungalows is nice, a lot of nature, rooms are big and ok overall, pool is nice, main restaurant is ok, has a good menu base. Personell is nice and trying to help and were supportive with us after we forgot some luggage at the hotel. But the level of service they can offer is very limited by the many rules meant to control the resort instead of serving customers.
the beach is a shuttle ride away and is a beautiful, clean, sandy beach.
