I liked the covered parking in a garage and the proximity to various nice bar/restaurants. The breakfast also had a good variety of choices. The room was clean, kept in good condition and the wifi was working properly.

So disappointed. The reviews speak of a lovely restaurant but it is a separate business and was closed. There is no bar! The vending machine had only water and carbonated drinks, to even get a coffee or tea was a one off mission involving a mobile phone call and eventually being given a cup of hot water and a tea bag. The 'hotel' is quite remote and having arrived after a 6 hour drive we really didn't want to have to drive into town to eat.
On the plus side it is an interesting building but it is NOT an hotel at best it's a bed and breakfast which was also very basic.
The Daytona Business Hotel is located in Collecchio, just a 10-minute drive from the exit 12 of Parma's orbital road. It offers free parking and stylish rooms.
