Rooms recently renovated, very clean and comfortable, perfect WiFi & TV. Excellent sweet and savoury breakfast. I stayed there a couple of times and the facility’s added value is the staff’s attitude. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Check-in and out quick and very efficient, including complimentary espresso and/or water. I’ll come back whenever around the area.

Excellent hosts. Provided us with all the details we needed. Very friendly. The room was large with a very modern ensuite. A very short walk from the historic centre. Close to Imola, Bologna and Ravenna. Door entry all electronic.

It was quiet, very beautiful, well lighted and noticeable at night. Getting around the area would have probably been better with a motor vehicle, but the bus terminal was across the street and it was groomed very nicely.

We would definitely stay there again if we were back in the area. Our host was exceptional!! Even had snacks for us when we arrived!! Sonia is the best!
We had a car so we took day trips while there. But the train station is not far. Restaurants were also great for the typical food in that region.

The town has an interesting main street with a good range of small shops and historic buildings. The ice-cream café at the top end is excellent. Alongside the town is a pleasant park by the river which leads towards the spa area.

Situated in a beautiful location just a short drive from Castel San Pietro Terme, this is a wonderful property, excellently furnished and styled, and with the most amazing views. The host went out of his way to ensure my stay was as delightful as possible. I could not recommend highly enough.
The room was very good and comfortable and the breakfast can satisfy everyone’s desire.
