We liked that you could prepare your own breakfast without stress, and there were lots of things to choose from. The room, bath and kitchen were very clean. Our room had a real confortable bed and a balcony and two different views.

I spent only one night and I feel it was way too much.
I spent only one night and I feel it was way too much. The room was bad and not comfortable. Also had to climb a huge stair to access my room, with a 4 yr old. They don't have ANY KIND of room service, and I had to go out in the cold with my daughter to have dinner. The room was full of cobwebs, spiders and small moths. I do not recommend this place. IT'S FAR FROM BEING A 3-STAR HOTEL.

It's a small town in the Monferrato area, has a very nice center with historical palaces and the typical architecture of Piedmont "noble" cities.
As it happens for many cities in Piedmont there's a lot of very good restaurants offering typical dishes or more elaborated versions of the local food, in the right period they include truffles in their dishes. The surroundings offer many possibilities, in a land full of vineyards on the hills and rice fields in the plains. The river Po offers a nice walking trail that's very peaceful and beautiful in autumn.

Casale is the capital and gateway to the Monferrato area of the Piemonte region of NW Italy, prized for excellent red (and white) wines and truffles!
Plan to visit Casale after the heat of the summer: in Sept during la Vendemmia/the grape harvest and the fabulous Festa del Vino in the Pzza di Castello or in Oct for the Festa del Tartuffo, which is held every weekend in Alba in the Langhe region, about an hour's drive southwest from Casale through rolling hills and vineyards. Visit the charming hilltop towns of Barbaresco, La Morra and Barolo - all prized for excellent wines and dining options.

Near the centre of the town,easy to walk everywhere.Lot of security to get inside hotel with a fob key to open the hotel entry door and free to come back when we like it.I didn't have breakfast but in the room was facility of drink like coffee,tea,camomille,sugar.Change bath towels every days.Shower was very good and so hot water.Owner helped us with luggages to first floor.
The property is huge and staff very friendly, however the rooms require renovations as they are really old.
Also there were spider webs on the walls and on the roof of the room…. Not great when thinking about how much we paid and for a 4 stars hotel
We booked while driving around 10 p.m. but there was no problem checking in as the restaurant was still open.
The hotel is located close to the highway, very convenient. Clean, modern, and comfy rooms. Exceeded my expectations.
Massimo was excellent, he showed us around the place and explained everything.
Loved Casale Monferrato and would like to come back and explore a lot more.
