A lovely family-run hotel with an exceptional restaurant. Very friendly, appropriately attentive but thoroughly professional staff made us at home. An ideal location to explore Elba and/or enjoy the beaches. Great views and all the facilities we might need including a large swimming pool. I was very surprised that this facility has 4 stars. Only the interior of the room and the foyer can give the impression that you are in a four-star hotel. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is a plus. The staff at the reception were polite but very formal. The hotel's pleasant surroundings

the facilties, the location. there is a private beach, with a swimming pool (salt water, but enough showers). It is relaxed, but the kids could really play in the big pool, it is very deep. breakfast is fantastic, the last day we got a breakfast to take away because we had to go to the ferry very early!
