Help from the ovner. We needed transport late at night and she gave as the numbers. The night was a little bit scary.., a lot of noises....I gues from little animals on the roof. And there was no hot water under the schower. But all together ok for one night.

The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. We arrived late and she was able to help us with getting in the property. The full kitchen was well stocked and she provided extras like milk, juice and croissants for breakfast.

I like the view to the mountains and the sea from the terrace of the apartment, as well as, the quietness of the area. There are historical places near by and the food is very good in Sicilia, we ate at a local restaurant "La Torre" (tip from our host). Nice host.
We might stay 2 more nights next time, we could not visit the Castle and other places due to lack of time.
We would definitely recommend you to have a car to visit this area.

Tiny village between the mountains with a typical lovely italian street.
Very little city, but nice for a walk and to spend a couple hours. We were there just transit for a night. After a short walking in the morning we went to Palermo by train.

The countryside is very nice however and depending on where you are in carini the highway isn't very far to go to palermo, trapani or the beach
Very nice place, less than 10 min from the airport and just by the sea. We stopped there for one night as we had a flight in the morning and it was just perfect. We had the last swim and then nice pizza just behind the corner. The owner couldn't be any nicer. He welcomed us very warm, explained what we could find in a walking distance and also asked what time we would like to have a breakfast in the morning. He got us yummy, warm croissants and variety of biscuits.
Large clean modern room which fit a family of 4 well and was nicely cooled with air con. Friendly staff. This is modern swimming centre with a popular pizzeria and a few hotel rooms. Located in Carini which is a 10min drive to Palermo (PMO) airport. Nice big pool and delicious well-priced pizza.
They arranged shuttle taxi for us at a good price.
They offered a bigger hotel room without charging a higher price.
