the owner is so nice and the staff was great! super comfortable and very clean. she even opened the resturant and bar even though they are closed tueday and wednesday.

I liked and disliked the same thing about the resort-the fact that it was pretty empty which meant no queues for the chair lifts. However, the fact that it was so empty meant no apres ski at all, which in the evening felt a bit liveless and sad.

The hotel is surounded by great mountain views and very close to lake Carezza. It's nicely designed to fit in with the landscape. The owner and staff were welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom are spatious and very clean. The breakfast provides a lot of options, the omlette is just perfect! For winter, it is ideally placed right next to a sky lift.
Location was perfect. Staff were really nice and very welcoming. The view from the hotel and our bedroom balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast and dinner made with fresh ingredients and was delicious. We loved everything. Recommend it 1000%
