How simple hotel was for the price and comfort. It had a bath, AC and even dental kits available. I also appreciate that they allowed to check-in after hours (2 AM), so big respect - delays could happen.

We were blown away by the hospitality here. We were met by the host for a late check-in at 7pm, where he explained everything to us and gave us recommendations for ordering pizza delivery. He then offered to give us a ride to the airport for a small fee at 7am the next morning. It was phenomenal! Hot shower, clean facilities, breakfast items - croissant, cheese, juice, coffee, milk, etc. Beds were super comfortable as well. We were definitely sad we didn't stay for more than one night. Great location near the airport.

This hotel was the perfect location for pre flight stay. 10 minutes to airport and they have a shuttle if necessary as well as parking if you have a car. Gas station two minutes away if you have a rental that needs to be filled before return. Quiet neighborhood location and absolutely no airport noise. We ate at the hotel bistro and they had good basic food for dinner. Very good breakfast included. Beautiful patio and garden.

Clean and quiet location, a very short drive to Malpensa Airport. Perfect for a one night stay upon arrival/departure. There is a small breakfast available in the morning with pastries and a machine dispensing coffee, lattes etc.. The hotel is completely gated, including the parking area, which made us feel safe about leaving our car there.
Cons: you need a car to reach it (not sure if they have a shuttle service), or to find any food options in the area. The coffee machine at the reception is off during most of the day and at night. If you get there with a late flight you're out of luck. The rooms at the ground floor by the garden lack privacy. There are heavy curtains available, but those block all natural light. I wish they had some frosted glass on the windows to allow light in and provide privacy.

Very pleasant place, close to the airport, and quiet and tranquil. There are small places to buy food and gellato, beautiful cathedral at the centre, small bus stop to get to Gallarate. Malpensa airport is 5-10km away, but you definitely have to get a taxi or rent a car, you can't go on foot or by bus.

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 4. There was a private bedroom and 2 twin beds in the living area, no privacy for the living area, but the beds were comfortable. The temperature was adjustable and quite perfect. There is one toilet, but 2 showers. The apartment is in a very quiet and secluded residential area. There is NO entertainment in the area, this property is the exact opposite of city life. There are a few restaurants in walking distance (10 minute walk), but we arrived late at night and only 1 was open. It was a typical pizzeria. We felt safe walking there.We ate our breakfast at the terminal due to lack of food choices in the town. We made sure to have dinner at our destination before returning to the property late at night. You do not want to arrive here if you're hungry, because there is no convenience of food-which is a problem with children. The train and airport are a 5 minute ride but there are no cabs/uber so you need to request rides with the property owners, which was very simple and not too expensive. The wife of the property speaks Italian and French, minimal English. The husband speaks English and there was ease of communication with him.

The room was comfortable overall, and the TV screen was really big which we enjoyed. We had to stay one full day in the hotel room with the kids until our next flight, so that was a good bonus to have a good TV. The food in the a la carte restaurant was very good as well although a bit pricy.
The negative side was the price for the transportation from/to the Malpensa Airport - the taxi ride that took like 5 minutes cost 25 euros and the same price for the shuttle bus (the price for the family). No public transport to get to the Milan center so we skipped the day trip to the center and stayed in the hotel. The minimarket was a 10/15-minute walk, but it was closed on Sunday (which the receptionist did not know, so he directed us to the supermarket anyway). I wish we could have bought some snacks to the hotel room. The kettle in the room was working somehow but the plastic was broken, so it didn't look safe. The minifridge did not work and it was really cold the first night on the sofa bed (the only decent blanket was on the double bed). But then we turned on the heating and the second night we did not feel cold.

Perfect spot for stop over, our 2nd visit of this hotel - The receptionist is very nice guy always helped us with everything. The hotel itself is a bit old, but always good enough for us, nice size clean rooms, self check-in and perfect location close to the airport.
Nice and clean hotel. Hotel owner was friendly and helpful. Very close to Malpensa airport. I hope I don't have reason to book there again but if there is, will surely go back there. Highly recommend.
