I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel nearby Trieste airport for our last night in Italy. Based on other reviews I didn’t have high expectations, but Risthotel turned out to be great! We stayed in a family suite (kids loved their separate room and beds, and I loved the common area to repack our luggage and hang out). It was clean and a stuff was welcoming. The hotel is a short walk to the center of the town, only few minutes to really nice gelateria, and a 7 min drive to the airport. We didn’t try the pool (it was open) or breakfast, due to our early departure. We had a really good experience. Own parking is a plus too! Thank you!

It’s always a little bit like coming home. The hotel is beautiful situated. The rooms are typically small but have everything they need. The waiter for the breakfast is such a nice and gentle person and I can’t imagine that there could have been someone else in the last 10 years. Perfect hotel for a short stay in Friaul!
Lovely location - silence and views. Kind and helpful hosts. Comfortable room (we had the suite). Note this is a country lodging with different conveniences than a modern city hotel (e.g. TV, wifi), which suited us fine.
We had an amazing time and I would recommend the hotel to everyone seeking great wine and top-notch golf courses The neighborhood is stunning, and restaurants offer an abundance of great food. Totally recommend!
