Location was excellent! Just 10 minute walk to Central station, the beautiful beach and many wonderful restaurants. We toured some wineries within 30-40 minute drive from hotel. Room was clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the quaint street. Air conditioning worked well

Excellent location for enjoying the center of Pescara. The room was small but functional, the bed and pillows a bit firm but overall comfortable.
The breakfast was very good with a good selection of items.
The staff in this hotel were fantastic. At check in the young lady helped us with restaurant choices and gave us information on where to go in the center and what to see. The breakfast staff was very attentive, friendly and welcoming.
