This was the worst stay in the whole trip in italy the owner told us we have to pay 100 euros for the bed sheets and the towels, guess what we bought them all for 40 euros from store and we get them with us back to us , also they did not provide even a soap or shampoo or any thing more than the appartment with beds with no sheets and towels and No toilet paper and she told us to buy it , and no wifi as she told us no waifi in whole sardinia and we just ignored her cause that make no scene and it was just 2 days ,also she hold up 300 euros tillbwe leave while this never happened in all places i stayed in italy for 23 days only this place put hold on money
Trust me, it does not worth it to go there choose a good place to stay

It was very clean & the location was perfect (only a few meters away from the beach and a 15-minute walk away from the city centre!). The breakfast was also really nice with a wide choice of food and beverages.

The facilities and location were picturesque - the pool and beach had incredible views of the ocean and Tavolara Island. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the accommodations were comfortable.

Great location next to two wonderful beaches. It was an easy drive into San Teodoro from the resort. Gusto, the restaurant on property ended up being a wonderful dining experience. The bar for sunset adjacent to the pool and restaurant as well as the well manicured grounds were also lovely. My only regret is not staying at this property longer. This resort was a great kickoff to our trip in Sardinia.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice, they provided deliciously scented soaps, and had a cafe in the hotel lobby. The price was amazing for the service we received. Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.

The apartment is great, completely refurbished very recently, and it has all you need, specially air conditioning, which is great in the summer. Also great the parking spaces and the very short walk to Salina Bamba beach, one of the best in Sardegna, specially for families and people looking for tranquil places. The people in charge of the apartment, and giving you the keys, are great! They were also very flexible with check-in and check-out, which was amazing. Would totally stay again if I'm in the region.
Place is very nice as the beach Brandinchi is within 10 minutes walk and small beach is just 300 meters from apartment. Just 3 km is another beach Capo Coda Cavallo. Small shop with food and "mixed goods" is 200m together with small bar. Small drawback is evening disco in the close bar which can be little bit noisy in the night (if you have small child). Apartment is nice with view to the beach so evening drink on the terrace is perfect.
Overall, the location is amazing. Private beach belongs to this property, so no matter, how many people are on public beach, you can always have your sun chair. The surrounding gardens and terraces are amazing and the sound of the sea is excelent.
The house is equipped with everything necessary, however it is the small things that made me rate this property lower than it is its pottential....
Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. The outdoor space was shady and peaceful. Excellent shower, comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Easy parking and a good restaurant nearby. Friendly and helpful host who has an office onsite if you need anything. Great beaches and snorkeling walkable from the apartment. Quiet and peaceful at night with zero road noise.
