Be cautious when booking this hotel. The rate may not include access to the facilities. My husband and I, who were on a work trip, planned to use the pool during our lunch break. However, we discovered that the initial rate shown during booking only covers room access, not the pool. This was rudely communicated to us, and since we needed a place to work, we could have chosen any hotel, not necessarily one with a pool. To use the pool, we were asked to pay an additional €120, which was unreasonable for just half an hour. Despite our frequent travels, we have never encountered a hotel that restricts facility access in this manner.

The staff were amazing - so friendly! English speaking which made things easier for us. They went above and beyond - especially the male with curly brown hair and glasses and the male with grey straightish hair a little older (sorry not sure how else to describe). Beautiful modern hotel with gorgeous breakfast! Clean rooms. Lift was fast and never had to wait. Pool was great a bit cold but can’t be helped (not heated). Bottle of water everyday was helpful.
