The staff, facilities, room amenities, atmosphere and attention to detail was spot on 👌 . They made our stay magical and a memorable one. The only thing I would recommend is to book the spa services in advance to your stay as it runs quickly.

Several attractions in Dolomites within 45 to 90 mins drive, and cheaper than some other prime locations. A nice place for a peaceful evening walk.
Nice place for families with small kids to stay, as there is a ski lift which takes you to an adventure park uphill. I did not visit this as a solo traveller, but my daughter would have it!
Very, very nice family hotel. Very nice interior, rich and tasteful breakfast, all rooms and facilities extremly clean. Luxury rooms in the newer part are especially beautiful, with an amazing view. Nice stuff, very kind and helpful, guy at the reception speaks great English. They offer free sweets when you come from ski. Welness area is not big, but is clean and comfortable. Nice room for kids also. And the dinner is exceptionally good, rich, with interesting dishes, all very, very tasteful. Tyrolean diner was fantastic.
