Lucky! we found this place! It was our first time to the Dolomites and didn’t know what to expect. We were so happy to find this place! Walking distance to everything, comfortable room and the best part was the very warm and friendly staff!

This is a lovely cosy hotel, the staff are fantastic, I'm not sure if it is family run, or the manager just picks great staff, everyone is friendly, helpful and just a joy to meet. Bar staff are wonderful. The location of the hotel is wonderful if you want to ski, and is a short walk from the rest of pinzolo when you want to go for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast is simple but adaquate, with great coffee, again wonderful staff to give you your coffee.

This was our second visit to this resort, and it was absolutely amazing. The room size was impressive, everything was impeccably clean, and the spa was outstanding. Even the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this resort!
It's a historic building that has been nicely restored and decorated.
Isabella and Stefano, who manage the hotel, are so kind, attentive and friendly, making the time there so enjoyable. They also cook delicious meals and desserts.
And after a day skiing at Campiglio there is an excellent Spa conjugated to relax.
Very nice family hotel, owners do the perfect job.
You can feel real Italian atmosphere, especially you should try their homemade dinners at the restaurant.
