It was perfectly clean and the bed and couch comfortable. Liliana was responsive but speaks no English which made communication inefficient. She was very kind and responsive. Washing machine and kitchen were excellent. Shower large and plenty hot water

The layout met our needs perfectly. We (a family of 5) just needed a place to stay before leaving from Malpensa the next morning. Alessandro was very responsive and helpful.

I only stayed overnight but had time in the morning to walk around the area. It's a mix of old an modern which is lovely. There are a few cathedrals within walking distance near the Tower Hotel where I stayed, quite a number or restaurants and lots of charm. I would love to see more.

Busto Arsizio is a small nice city.
Busto Arsizio is a small nice city. It has many nice things, il mercato, the historic center, shopping stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. Everything to enjoy your stay. It also has good train connectivity to Milano, Varese or other cities. Malpensa airport is very close.

Busto Arsizio is convenient if you are visiting Milan, or the surrounding areas (e.g. Lago Maggiore) or have a flight into or from Milan Malpensa airport.
The town seems pretty quiet - I suspect it is a major "dormitory town" for Milan - but not at all unpleasant. There are some bars and restaurants, but not so many seem to stay open late.

The hotel is clearly aimed at business traveller or groups staying before or after airport.
Rooms are comfortable but the was no restaurant or bar as advertised.
Breakfast was acceptable but beware the Far Eastern tour group who stripped breakfast in first half hour and were very noisy with late arrival.
We would not use this hotel again.

This is a perfect spot for a comfortable, relaxing, lovely evening near the airport but in a quiet area. The host provided everything we needed including various pastries and cereals for breakfast, beverages, and great toiletries (where can I buy that olive oil-infused shampoo!?) The apartment was spacious, super clean, and easy to access.

It was probably one of the cheapest hotel I stayed in over 3 weeks, but it was the best out of the lot. Comfy bed, lovely space, great bathroom and spotlessly clean. The owner was extremely helpful as well when she discovered I had coeliac disease requiring gluten free food. She rushed off and brought back a wee basket filled with gluten free food. Highly recommend staying here.
very easy communication with the owner of the apartment who waited for us and explained where we could go in the small town of Busto Arsizio.
there is free parking within the apartment and we had a dog that was with us in the apartment and where we did not pay extra for the dog because the owners are big dog lovers.

As it was just a stay to have a sleep after our flight, I though it might be a good idea to look for the hotels which are not so far away from the airport and have some public transport nearby to get to Milan the next day. Lady at the reception was very sweet, we checked in fast and had a really good sleep and a breakfast in the morning.
Luxury, good taste for design and furniture, great location close to the city center, comfortable and cosy. Great communication with the host, Cristina. All in all, wonderful experience in Busto Arsizio that overcame our expectations.
