Absolute perfect location if you want to do anything on Seiser Alm. Walking distance to the cableway and an amazing pizza place called Santner's. Also, we really appreciated being able to check-in online prior to arriving because it allowed us to enter our passport information online. Many of the other places we stayed at required us to leave our passports at the front desk for them to enter our information, and I was always so scared I was going to forget to pick them up. Lovely husband and wife running the place too.
