The location was really good - shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance and only a few minutes from the train station. This was an important point for me since I used Brindisi as a base for day trips by public transportation. It worked out well.
Barsotti is a basic hotel, a bit old fashioned, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. It met my needs.
Brindisi is a hidden gem in the south of Italy. A lovely city to visit, especially during Christmas. The whole city is decorated with lights.
And the people are super friendly and helpful. I would love to come back here one day.

The harbour front is very nice with cafes and bars There's a ferry over to the Monument to sailors. The main streets are also good. Interesting places : Cathedral, Museums, Palazzos. Easy to get to Bari and Lecce by train.

Its the people that make a holiday, we always manage to find some lovely local bars love to people watch, the train and bus service were good and very reasonable spotless clean, a tip is to ring restaurants from website before you make your way there as we did get caught out especially the Chinese which looked like it had been closed down for years after we made our way there in the heat.

Brindisi is located a short distance from many other attraction in the area, the location of the apartment close to the railway station was very convenient, and it was only a short walk to the sights, the owner of our apartment was very helpful and let us leave our Main luggage overnight whilst we visited another town.

everything worked out really well. Very clean, spacious rooms which I highly appreciate and a shower where water flows and you can wash your hair properly :) very helpful staff, smart, friendly and well organised. a wonderful terrasse, great coffee and croissant - it gives you the feeling of being in a hotel and even if it is not at the beach - it´s one of the best hostels I stayed and would return anytime! Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable.
Location is excellent, only 5 mins walk from the train station. If you want to go to the beach, there is a bus station right in front of the main entrance to the building. Bus #4 goes to Oktagona and Lido Risorgimento beaches, it takes 40 mins.
Sara is a very kind and helpful host, providing a lot of tips where to eat tasty in the city, how to find a bus to the beach or airport. She gave us all check-in details in advance, even providing video. The room was very pretty, clean and tidy. I'm happy to come back next time :)
