We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay— we want to express a extra thank you to Deborah who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
The hotel also had a fantastic breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were always impressed by the freshness and quality of the food, and it was the perfect way to start our day.
Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Although it’s a 5min drive to the ski lift, a mini bus is offered to the slopes at 8.30am and 9am each morning. We took a hire car from the airport which proved useful to get us to the slopes.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We emailed them beforehand to ask if they could do a vegan breakfast for me and we were in awe of the variety, care and quality of the food. The chef was so sweet and excited to provide a brilliant, catered breakfast including; home-made biscuits (double chocolate chip cookies and cooked apple cookies), hummus, savoury patties (possibly lentils), a vegan courgette omelette, a chocolate fondant cake as well as vegan croissants, soya yoghurts and soya milk. My dad said the normal breakfast buffet was also wonderful (especially the scrambled eggs!).
The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was upgraded upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was ideal (1 min from the chairlifts! And right in the centre of the town with all the restaurants). The ski room had heated boot racks which was lovely and a great storage system for the skis and poles so no fallen over equipment.
The bar in the hotel had a lovely atmosphere and made tasty cocktails!
