The place was overbooked, and we only found out arriving there. And this seemed to be a regular problem.

It is like a family house. I felt welcome there. The room was nice and clean with its own balcony. Very close to the lake.

Braies is very beautiful location, nice lake, good parking and food. It us better to come in the morning, because of changing wheather and a lot of tourists. The boat renting is expensive 50€/person/ 1/2 hour.

Special hotel located in the Braies natural park. Excellent services, impeccable room (positioning, size, view) and the spa area includes an indoor jacuzzi and a nude sauna area (dry and wet), which worked very well. Varied breakfast and dinner, well-chosen wine, quality coffee. The staff tried to make us feel as good as possible during our stay.
The location of this hotel was stunning. Whilst it is not close to the town centre (more than fine), it is next to the entrance to some stunning hikes and it is really close to Lago Di braies.
The rooms were very clean, staff are very friendly mostly and overall it was an OK ish experience.
The location is very pretty even though we had a little walk from the bus stop to reach the hotel. The location is also close to Lago di Braies. We liked that they have allowed us to use their kitchen so we can cook our own dinner. The staff and owner is very nice and accommodating.
