A very modern living in a good part of Belvedere Marittimo.
We had the possibillity to choose room (they had 3 more) and took a little smaller one but with a bigger balcony to use.
The bathroom was very clean and modern.
The wifi was working well. It was breakfast included and like the italian way we could go every morning to a bar the other side of the street and choose a sweet bakery and coffee.
The host were very kind and picked us up at the trainstation and also drove us back the morning we where leaving. That was appreciated because it was a good distance from the station to the apartment.
The historic part of Belvedere is higher up on a steep hill. To get there you can take the local bus that stops just 200 meter from the apartment (at the gas-station).
It is very close to the lovely beach (with high waves) and the boardwalk there the locals are gathering nighttime.

The hotel is in a very good position in the city. It has a beautiful garden with a sea view. In this garden, which is in the pleasant shade in the morning, breakfast is served, which also includes salami, fried eggs and of course all the other sweet dishes that are characteristic of the Italian Breakfast. You can cool the room appropriately with the air conditioner. There is also a refrigerator in the room. The staff is very friendly and available all the time. Near the jotel is a swiming pool too.
The hotel is on the nice terrace above the seaside, nice view of the sea, some rooms have nice view of the old part of town and mountains, too.
Nice and helpful staff, mostly also English speaking, nonstop reception.
15min walking from the railway station, 10min from beaches & good supermarket, the old town is another 20min walking.
Not big but nice swimming pool on the terrace.
Very good breakfast, especially the choice of homemade cakes.
