We loved the location and the very interesting history of the village and were also very keen on the ethos and the ecological approach to sustainable living of the owner and staff. We had a unique and very quiet stay as we were the only visitors staing in the off-season.

The hosts were fantastic. Roberta always replied really fast and helped a lot. The breakfast was nice. However, there isn’t really a restaurant or shop to get food so a trip to the supermarket before staying there is absolutely worth it. There is a sandwichmaker, teapot, coffee maker and microwave that one can use.
There’s not a lot to do but the canyon park is really close - even on foot.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and recommend the place.

The hotel has huge potential which hasn’t been realised yet. Big comfortable rooms but hardly any staff visible for most of the day. Manager miserable on arrival so a friendly face really makes a difference
Itala is a great member of staff.
On arrival all doors were locked even though we said we were arriving around 2pm If one of the other guests hadn’t got a code and let us in we would have stood outside for hours.As no staff were visible most of the time an emergency phone number should be given to all guests if they have a problem.
Once the problems at the hotel are resolved it could be a really nice hotel.
I hope this sounds positive as I do mean it to be and I will come back.
Take the swimming pool off your details as it would be a big disappointment to many people .

Bagni di Lucca was a real discovery. Wonderful sights, restaurants and the people were really friendly and helpful. Although there were people there it was not jammed full of tourists as in other places in Tuscany.

Beautiful little mountain town near Lucca. The Bridge Hotel was lovely, the Terme Spa in town was outstanding! Thermal pool, massage etc.
One terrible experience was with Hotel and Terme a hillside hotel we booked, we’re charged for but when we arrive it was closed!!! And we were never refunded by Booking.com nor the hotel.
A little paradise in Bagni di Lucca, with all the expectations fulfilled! A very nice blend between old family heritage with new ideas at the interior o the rooms! Francesca is a very thoughtful owner and put great value in the services!:) We will definitely come back for more than 3 days! Thank you and see you soon!
Very beautiful house and we loved waking up every morning hearing the sound of birds and just had a lovely and quiet time in Bagni di Lucca. Perfect for some days of the hectic towns in Italy (we had been in Rome and Florence some days before). The host was so kind to us, helpful with everything you needed.
Recently renovated. It has been sympathetically restored. Family owned with lovely, helpful staff. Located in beautiful Ponte a Serraglio situated just above the Lima. No doubt this is now the best hotel in the area.
Great location, nice swimming pool, lovely breakfast and good size rooms. The owner Roberto is very kind and makes you feel at home. All in all a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel.
