A really cozy and sweet apartment located at the back of the owner’s yard. The apartment is clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and looks much better than in the pictures. Everything was in order, clean, and private.
Additionally, we had a dining and rest area outside (in addition to the one inside the apartment) with a parasol and table, surrounded by potted plants that we were allowed to use (basil, oregano, etc.). There were also small turtles near the dining area, which was very lovely. The atmosphere was warm and felt like home. The owner was very helpful and nice. The location is convenient, with everything we needed nearby—a restaurant with traditional food, a supermarket, a wonderful beach, and it’s close to the rail station, just 10 minutes by train to the center of Anzio.
The air conditioner and the small capsule coffee machine (with capsules, cream, milk, sugar, and pastries included) were lifesavers in the hot climate. We were really pleased with our stay there.

Anzio is a small nice quite town, most shops where closed and in the center area, parking was impossible and the parking ticket police where out and hunting,Almost every other car had a ticket on the windshield, the restaurants are great we had some great meals at reasonable prices. The hotel we stayed at was not close to and "Bars" or any kind of relaxing hangout have a drink places. This area is good if you want to be alone and just enjoy peace and quite.

A calm, not fussy and clean city, which can be reached from Rome by train in one hour and paying 3.60 €. The air is filled with the aroma of flowers and plants. Well-maintained and comfortable beaches. There are stations with boats and yachts. Delicious cuisine with seafood.

It´s a small town, within walking distance, and everything you need is around the corner.
We found the best hotel and also a bar/restaurant where we had drinks and dinner down on the beach directly on the sand.

Anzio is a quiet beach place with nice restaurants, a port , nice little shops and the historical ruins of Nero's palace at the sea. 50km from Rome it is the right place to stay if you would like to combine Rime visits and in between some beach breaks.

It’s very cozy elegant and very comfortable apartment. There are two floor, very comfortable kitchen, new appliances, pretty view from balcony!
To the beach 2 minutes. Located in central walking street. Opposite entrance supermarket, fruit-market, cafe, pizzeria, good cloth - shoes- shops.
Anzio is friendly town with friendly citizens!!!
Host Francesco is very positive and nice guy. Helped us in everything)
A beautifully compact studio apartment, all within two rooms, but contained everything you need as a base to explore. 45 minutes from Rome Termini on the train from Anzio Colonia (fifteen minutes walk from the apartment) and right on the beach via a short flight of wooden stairs.
The location was more than perfect, it was brilliant. Literally 5 seconds to the beach and a few minutes to the centre of Anzio on foot. Comfortable, clean and with everything you need made available.
The hotel room was in a good location with a great view. Close to restaurants and bars and opposite the beach. Comfortably appointed and clean hotel room, with good A/C. Would stay there again :)
