The staff was friendly and helpful, also it is positive that the hotel has free parking lots in front of it. Rooms and the entire building was clean and the price was not expensive. The room size and coffee was also good.

Great hotel in convenient location. The restaurant on the site is 5 stars. We had amazing dinner and a good breakfast. Rooms are good size with a good size bathroom, very clean.

Loved being attached to the restaurant so I was easier to find meals. Wonderful staff.

Hotel is partially renovated, there is a pool (we didn't use it because of short stay), heating is good, rooms were hot during the cold day outside.

A beautiful apartment in glorious countryside. The sofa bed in the living room was huge and very comfortable, the staff made it up for us. The apartment contained everything we needed and was super clean, modern and beautifully decorated - the photos do not do it justice. The pool area is lovely and very welcome on a hot day!
The breakfast was simple but had a good selection of sweet and savoury items.
All were great in the area .Clean area nice restaurants and shopping in Sorelle Ramonda was great .
Except of the taxi .it was extremely expensive coz the driver comes from Vicenza and calculates the km from there .
So you can pay enormous high amount of money .
They should have taxis come from Altavilla Vicentina and not from Vicenza that is more far .

Very big rooms and confortable for a family of 4. We had a great time at the pool, it was silence and there is a gorgeus scenary down the hill. It would have been great to spend more then one night. The hotel is on a hill from where you can walk around, 5 min by car to town. The breakfast had a good variety of sweet food and some salty. The girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. We liked everything.
We stayed at this accommodation because our car broke down and we had to tow it to the nearest service center. This hotel was the closest, and we stayed for one night. It served its purpose well. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly. What I must praise the most is the behavior of the receptionist. He was very helpful and friendly to us. I highly recommend this hotel.
On arrival we were made to feel very welcome. Our room and en-suite were spacious, comfortable and very clean, everything you would want from a hotel room, and having a small fridge in the room was a bonus.
The hotel was perfect for us as it was only a 5 minute walk from where we needed to be, however we would recommend a car if travelling around the local area.
Everything was perfect. The owner was very kind, helpful and done everything for our comfort. The flat has everything what we needed,even much, much more. Giovanna(the owner) pay attention for every detail. I felt myself like in a 5 star hotel. With the car everything is in the nearby. I recommend it, 100%.
