13 minute walk from the downtown centre. Staff were excellent, facilities were very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect. It is controlled by the desk so if it appears to be off, just tell them at reception and they will sort it for you. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is really good, close to the train station and the bus (line 1) which you can use to get from and to the airport, but also towards Bergamo Alta, so it's very convenient. There are lots of eateries nearby and also a supermarket. The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The hotel offers good breakfast. I liked the alarm in the shower. On the whole, my stay was enjoyable.
