I was staying in Alessandria as a base to attend a wedding in a nearby town, so did not really do justice to visit all the possible sights. It seems a city with much cultural heritage including the cathedral and many churches. I had a great pizza meal at Ricci Le Nostre Pizza which was good value and I enjoyed it so much I went back there on my last night. Avoid evening walks by the river if you wan’t to avoid being bitten by midges!

The hotel is close to the train station and very easy to find. It is also close to the city centre, so you can take a walk to look around or to find smth to eat. The receptionist was also nice and explained everything.
The room was very pretty and clean. The colors were unusual, but i liked it a lot. I must say that my favourite was the bathroom .
Very nice accomodation for short stay
We did not end up staying with them but Samuela was a amazing host. Because of some problems she had, she could not host us but she booked us a hotel and made our life super easy.
With all the stuff she had on her hands, she still explained how Italy works with the parking and city tax and was generally very nice!
Very nice contact. Guiseppe, the owner allowed me to place my motorbike in his garage. The was very polite. The room had a good size and it was quite easy to find the hotel. It is quite close to downtown.
