The hotel had a clean modern vibe with really tasteful artwork & furnishings. The shower was out of this world and the room super tidy and welcoming. We loved it! Gentleman at the front desk was wonderful and super helpful with suggestions for things to do and see. It was quiet and just lovely!

They waited for us to arrive all the way to 11 o'clock in the evening. We are so thankfup for this esp we were travelling with 2 small kids. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was descent. The place is very close to the hot springs which is the reason why we booked this place.

Beautifully designed rooms, exceptionally clean with high-end everything down to the lighting. Even the sofa mattress when opened to a bed was 5 star. Excellent breakfast includes local items indicative of the area. Lovely helpful staff go out of their way to make you a priority. Both restaurants they recommended were wonderful.
