Nice location central to the Lake Myvatn area, good for exploring. Great view from our room. Small but clean, like everything in Iceland very over priced for what you get. Parking out front. Restaurant food was ok, we chose to eat there only one of the two nights due to the prices.

It was a last minute booking, but I was lucky to find this place. The whole big apartment for myself for very reasonable money. I enjoyed the kitchenette a lot, it was my first stay when I could heat up my food. Great apartment!

Everything was perfect! The attention to detail is impressive, you will be amazed with everything the hosts have hand crafted. It was without a doubt one of the best experiences we’ve had in Iceland and my brother even said it has been the best accommodation he’s ever stayed in (and he travels a lot!). The communication was very good and clear.

The place is charming and we loved the decorations and the write ups and all the little special touches. It is conveniently located to all that we wanted to see and do.
Exceptional location with some of the best views we've had in Iceland. Very well-equipped apartment (dishwasher, new stove), nice patio. We didn't have any problems with the flies/mosquitos in the apartment, they tend to keep outside.
Clarification: These are two separate accommodations which are next to each other: The studio apartment and the old house. I can only attest the quality of the studio apartment, which was superb.
Our host, Kristin, was very thoughtful & patient w/us during our late-arrival, and graciously let us stay a few hours later, so I could participate in a work meeting remotely. We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommend Myvo Studio apartment for your visit to the Myvatn area.
A great place to stay with a gracious host and a beautiful lake view. It even had a washer for our clothes which was much needed on our 2 week long journey through Iceland.
