Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed having a delicious breakfast with the other guests and hearing about their travels. Dogs were very friendly. Enjoyed meeting the hosts family. Great spot to stay in the Myvatn area.

The view was nice. Supposedly the room has a river view, but there is no way one can see the river, or hear it.
The location is 4km to the waterfall, and an hour drive to Myvatn area which hosts the major diamond circle attraction.
The breakfast, juices, cold cut and cereals nothing homemade, is okay despite the crowded room, we were there at 8:10am first day and most plates were empty, they didn't replenish quickly. Next day, we got there at 8am to realize there were cut fruits (banana, apples,...) and eggs.

Lovely property very cosy and warm. The surrounding areas are beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring. We made use of the cooking facilities for the week this was really handy. Perfect location for exploring the north.

The guesthouse is wonderful, we really loved it. Very cosy and clean room, nice beds, great shower. Microwave, tea facilities, bathrobes for the hot tub. The cute horses on the land. The wonderful hot tub, sitting there at night under the stars waiting for the Northern Light was a magical experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good and the staff was so nice to us. We are vegetarian and they made scrambled eggs especially for us without bacon, thank you so much! We regretted having to leave, but when we are in the area again we will definitely come back!
We had a clean room and a private bathroom which is pretty hard to get in Island on lower budget hotels in island. The actual hotel is a boarding school in winter and they turn it into a hotel in summer. That means the restaurant is the school's canteen and the rooms are in the winter dormitory. It is well located in the vicinity of the Mytvan area, which has the maine attractions and it also has a swimming pool
Breakfast was suficient and the bed was comfortable.
The owner hospitality was amazing, arriving at night to a warm cup of tea and coffee, continued with her willing to give us free laundry service, greate breakfast and preparing us lunch boxes for the upcoming day.
In short, one of the best places we have stayed at in Iceland.

The place was nice and clean. There were a washing machine and a dryer. The location was OK but we didn't need to go to Laugar. It is close to N1 gas station.
