While the location was a little far from everything, the cottage was super comfy and spacious for four people. The hot tub was amazing, it was a really cool experience getting to look at the stars from the hot tub at night. Would definitely stay here again.

First of all wow the cottages were super cozy with floor warming. (I love that). Everything was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. There's not much else I can say about it no negative things. And then the main building wow. We were greeted by super enthusiastic staff and they were so friendly. They asked us about our vacation and our plans. And they even gave some good recommendations. Also when my friend her snow boots got torn up in the front and in the back they had DUCKTAPE :D. So she could fix it. Ducktape fixes anything. And you could pet the cows :D.
Also a good recommender is the breakfast boi was it Tasty and most of the products were produced locally

Everything! The beds, the bathroom, the breakfast. Local tips from Abba and fresh eggs from her chicken in the morning! Totally worth it! Don’t miss it on your way to the north! :)

This was such a cute guesthouse! It was fairly roomy with space to get into luggage, a small seating area, kitchenette, and decent sized bathroom. We appreciated the well stocked kitchenette even though we only used it for coffee. There’s also a shared hot tub on the porch, though we didn’t test it out. Lots of outlets and radiator space. Easy check in. Would stay again.
Lovely property very cosy and warm. The surrounding areas are beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring. We made use of the cooking facilities for the week this was really handy. Perfect location for exploring the north.

The guesthouse is wonderful, we really loved it.
The guesthouse is wonderful, we really loved it. Very cosy and clean room, nice beds, great shower. Microwave, tea facilities, bathrobes for the hot tub. The cute horses on the land. The wonderful hot tub, sitting there at night under the stars waiting for the Northern Light was a magical experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good and the staff was so nice to us. We are vegetarian and they made scrambled eggs especially for us without bacon, thank you so much! We regretted having to leave, but when we are in the area again we will definitely come back!

Property is well situated for the areas we visited. 30 mins to Husavik and 45mins to the Myvatn area. The property is very well maintained with plenty of homely features which made our stay very relaxing and comfortable. We had problems with the internet which the host promptly resolved.
The guesthouse is clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen there for self cooking. The heating pool outside is very warm. The surrounding is quiet and there is few horse near to the guesthouse. Short drive 20min to the Myvatn lake to see the northern light.
