The staff, especially Jonnsie & Ada, were exceptionally accommodating! Jonnsie went above and beyond the call of duty helping me out because I had a severe knee injury I sustained on the plane ride from NY to Iceland. I’ve never had service anywhere in the world like that! When I returned on Oct 16, Ada upgraded me to a suite that I wanted to stay and live in forever!!! It was the best hotel experience ever!! Great way to start and finish a trip to Iceland!!

I had originally booked the wrong date for my trip, but instantly realized my mistake and called Booking.com to correct the booking. Though the correction was made in Booking.com's system, somehow that was not successfully communicated to the Radisson Blu system, so when I arrived my reservation was not on file. Despite this, Radisson was able to quickly issue me a room, with a complementary upgrade! They were also able to honor my request for a room with a bathtub, which is hard to come by in Reykjavik. Both the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A very nice room, and excellent customer service!
