While the staff may not be the most accommodating ones, overall experience was good and comfortable. The room was the most spacious one I've encountered in Iceland. Sufficient amenities such as bath gel, hand wash, shampoo, towels, etc. were all provided. A coffee machine with only 2 capsules in the room but guest can always request for more from the reception.
There's a corner at the hotel lobby that sells snacks and drinks for quick bite. A proper restaurant on second level that serves local delights. One can always walk to the deli next door for more choices.
In terms of location, it is very near airport and this hotel is one of the few that offers complimentary shuttle to the airport starting from early morning until noon. Do note that there's no shuttle from the airport to hotel though. I supposed this is because most of the hotel guests stay in this hotel before leaving Iceland and had dropped off their rented car already.

Omg stayed one night before flying out. But good location and very comfy.
We are located in a walk-able downtown of Keflavík and only a mere 5-minute drive from KEF Keflavik International Airport. WiFI is available through out public space and guest rooms.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, We arrived at the hotel late night at close to 2:00 am, but there was someone available at the reception.
Free parking in front of of the hotel was also readily available.

The hotel was new and modern, very clean, great ambience. Our room was very comfortable and roomy. The bar and restaurant were good. Very convenient to the airport. Free shuttle to your terminal.
