Very convenient location, we managed to do a little walking tour the evening we arrived and there was parking nearby. The bar/restaurant is lovely, although we didn't have breakfast there.

Hotel is well located in nice part of Reykjavik, the staff are very friendly and helpful with local tips and ideas for site seeing and places to visit/eat. The on site restaurant, Brass, is very nice, great food and fantastic service.

Downtown Reykjavik is full of life, joy and culture, so it can be noisy at night. Please note that this is a self check-in property with no reception.

We very much liked that breakfast was included as we had an early morning tour on one of the days. It was very good. Also, the location was just around the corner to one of the main bus stops for tours and buses from the airport (Bus Stop #9 Snorrabraut) which was very convenient

I really like this hotel. It feels authentic. Located on the quieter side of the city but it’s only a short stroll to main attractions. Room is super cozy, modern minimalist style. My room even has a private sun drenched balcony, so nice to sit while enjoying a cup of hot tea and soaking up all the local vibe. Choice of amenities is tasteful (Iceland made Soley toiletries). Coffee and tea provided in the lounge (Taylor’s of Harrogate, as a tea lover I appreciate this choice ;)

It was so convenient to walk to the harbour .. beautiful views from the room The front desk had some great people .. shout out to Barbara for being excellent and telling me when to look out of my window to see the Northern lights .. they also gave me some cake on my birthday! One of the other people on reception on the day I left also excellent .. can’t remember her name Tinya?? She knows who she is .. I asked for her name as I left ..
