The place went so much above our expectations. The room was so spacious, great bathroom, great view on the valley, underfloor eating in the bathroom. Just great. The restaurant is also very nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Staff is veeery friendly! They have two dogs and the dogs sometimes visited us to play with them! Everything is clean and lovingly furnished. The Hot Tub was perfect after a day with lots of activities!
We stayed not in Hofstadir. And that is the problem.
We stayed not in Hofstadir. And that is the problem. They have a dependance building like 750 mtr away from Hofstadir. Its like staying with the family with grandma overseeing your actions (really, she does).
So be sure to book Hofstadir and not farmhouse. The family is very friendly and helpfull and the Hofstadir (not farmhouse) looks very nice with view over the fjord..
