سوئیت پریمیوم ما دارای وسایل مستعمل و سخت افزار کهنه بود و اصلا در حد سوئیت پریمیوم با هزینه دوبرابری نبود و فقط متراژ آن 58 متر مربه درست بود . الباقی امکانات کهنه بود و اصلا توصیه نمی شود با این مبلغ می توان هتل های بسیار شیک تر و نزدیکتر به حرم را رزرو کرد. امکانات حداکثر در حد یک هتل 3 ستاره معمولی بود.
Great hotel. We had an excellent experience. The hotel is ideally located close walking distances to religious sites. Room and meals are of a high standard. Staff are very nice and helpful. Thank you to the reception team members for a great customer service in particular a special thank you to Mr Sadr Hussain who was very welcoming, kind, helpful, professional and friendly. Thanks a lot for lovely service. I would definitely stay here again.

I believe if the hotel accommodate better soft music in the background of the lobby would be better than normal religious songs with all due respect to the holly months of Sfar.
Otherwise everything is very good and will pay them a visit next time
Most people who visit Karbala, go for Spiritual reasons and stay close to the holy mosques. This hotel is 10 mins from the Vicinity But exceptionally good. Highly recommended. 👌
